We are the first Property Management Company to start giving our services back in 1984 when Roquetas de mar was a small village and the tourist area was less than half the size it is now.
CMS is a family run company, run by Paul & Pauline Claff, mother and son. We come from England and have been in Almeria since 1979. By now we have just about picked up the language !
We have an office in Playa Serena opposite the Portobello Hotel, our openning hours are from 10 to 14`00hrs and from 16 to 18`00hrs, mondays to fridays, and we are always reachable as one never knows when any of our clients needs our assistance. Feel free to contact us or just pop in!.
