Our Management Service has been operating here for over 20 years, mostly for English or other European owners that are looking for peace of mind when having a property here. Many owners just use their property for themselves and only come out for short stays, and many others send family, friends or even clients out to there property. We obviously prepare the property for their arrival and sort any problems that can arise. We can also rent the property from this end if the owner wishes us to do so. We operate in the urbanizations of Roquetas de Mar & Playa Serena.

We also offer a complete FURNITURE PACK Service, for Roquetas de mar, Playa Serena and any other area in the Province. We have a Pack called "Adimu" that is good quality melamine furniture, the "Almeria" pack that is the more traditional solid pine wood furniture and the "Praga" pack that is also solid pine wood, but with a more modern style. Also we can offer a Linen Pack, Cutlery, Crockery, Curtains, Lights and everything needed in your Property.

If you need any REFURBISHMENT work done we have a team of Builders, Plumbers, Electricians, Painters, Carpenters, etc... For any Extensions, Tiling, New Kitchens, Re-Wiring.. We can also arrange for all the necessary licenses needed for extensions, or changes on the outside of a property.
